This is a ISM course to be offered in Sweden and is open to physiotherapists - or similar (organizer will decide who can participate) as leg/lic chiropractor, leg naprapat, leg/lic osteopath. You need to have a insurance in your profession that allows you to work with manual therapy including manipulation, mobilization and similar techniques.
The course online preparation start date is one month prior to the classroom start. You have to finish the preparation prior to participating at the course. Please make sure you have time to finish the extensive online material and all tests online prior to the course in Stockholm. This is important.
The course participants will qualify for both pre-course and post-course online video support on the Learn with Diane Lee website. A link to access this material will be provided along with an instructional email to all participants.
At the conclusion of this course you will have new skills to assess function of the cranium to the 4th thoracic ring (including the clavicle and scapula) and how to find the primary driver for meaningful tasks involving the head, neck and shoulder girdle. How to differentiate and treat dural system impairments from cranial musculosceletal drivers will be covered. You will understand how to design a multimodal treatmen program (including education, manual therapy (introductory cranialsacral release techniques) neuromuscular release and movement training) to restore function and performance for any patient presenting with headache, neck pain and/or shoulder girdle pain.
You will get the most out of the course if you have taken one other course that introduced the concepts of the ISM approach.
