About the event
A developmental leadership is when the leader has a leadership style that develops his employees. In this way, you can achieve a more efficient organization where the employee strives for the same goals as you. It is the Swedish Defence University that, based on recent research on leadership, has developed this concept of leadership development.
OVERALL OBJECTIVE
To be able to analyze, reflect on and consciously develop one's daily leadership actions with the help of the model Developmental Leadership and the self-insight that comes from the interpretation of ULL (Developmental Leadership Leadership Assessment) in order to better develop employees in order to achieve higher efficiency in the long run.
During the training, theory is interspersed with reflection, group discussions and various tasks. Your own active participation guarantees a good result.
You will experience many different methods to create engagement and presence.
A basis for the training is the assessment made of you and your surroundings of your leadership and which helps to point out the direction of your action plan. You choose which 6-10 assessors make your estimate and you all do the assessment before the training via the internet.

Number of sessions: 3 + 1 days (24-26 March + follow-up 22 May)
Location: Balans, Råsundavägen 18, Haga Norra
Target group: The course is aimed at those who work as a personal coordinator and have taken the courses Basic Training Leadership and the advanced training Well-balanced leadership (Mallorca).
Price: SEK 20,995
The cost of training salary will be added.
About registration: Personal coordinators who are to participate in the course must go through their team manager for registration.
