About the event
Cooking class at Mosebacke Matstudio.
It all starts with you being served a large bowl to the brim filled with piping hot broth. The taste has been maxed out with algae, miso, dried mushrooms and fish. The broth, which has been cooked for up to 48 hours, has a perfect surface with small drops of fat. Thin springy noodles lie folded in the deep bowl topped with shashu-marinated pork belly or chicken, a bobbing soy-marinated egg and various toppings.
Come to us and learn all about Ramen. The course leader is Tove Nilsson, author of the book Ramen and chef at Nyhetsmorgon among other things.
The course is held at Mosebacke Matstudio, Höga Stigen 5 between 17.30 and 21.00. During the course, we cook several small dishes that we then eat together.
The course costs SEK 1,850. The price includes an apron and the recipes that come digitally.
