About the event
Welcome to the 5th edition of UmeRiver Maratonstafett. The start and finish area is located on Bölesholmarna, in the middle of central Umeå. The classic marathon distance is achieved by the teams running 19 laps around the islets and changing takes place after each lap. Each team consists of two or three runners and the teams decide for themselves how they dispose of their team. The only requirement we set is that there is a change after each lap.
