Dog meetings with confidenceimagine if you could see another dog on the walk without feeling stress or worry. Imagine if your dog could meet other dogs calmly and safely – without barking, throwing themselves forward, wanting to greet or trying to escape. That's exactly the feeling we want to help you create. On this course, you will get knowledge, tools and practical training that will help you and your dog to handle dog encounters with greater peace and security. The training is adapted to you, regardless of whether your dog is insecure, overenthusiastic or reacts with lunges. You will learn to read your dog's signals, understand why it reacts the way it does and how your own actions can help the dog succeed. The dogs will not greet each other on a leash. The goal is instead to create calm and safe dog encounters where both dog and handler feel comfortable. Then we train practically outdoors in small groups where each combination gets the distance and the training that suits you. For whom? The course is suitable for those who want calmer walks and better dog encounters, regardless of whether your dog:• Barks or lunges at other dogs.• Becomes insecure or wants to avoid meetings.• Wants to greet all the dogs you meet.• Gets very excited or has difficulty focusing. PrerequisitesNo prerequisites are required. The training is individualized so that you and your dog develop based on your conditions. Other informationThe dog must be vaccinated according to SKK's recommendations. We also recommend vaccination against kennel cough every year. Your puppy can start the course before the booster dose at 12 weeks of age, provided that the basic vaccination has been completed. (The puppies will not greet each other during the course) If you are unsure, please consult your veterinarian.
