About the event
Do the walks get stressful when you meet other dogs? Is your dog pulling, barking or freezing – or do you feel unsure how to help them?
This short course gives you concrete strategies for handling dog encounters in a calmer and safer way. We focus on understanding, distance-adapted training and how you as a handler can support your dog in meeting situations.
The course is suitable for both dogs that react strongly and those who want to prevent problems in the future.
After the course, you will have:
Better understanding of why dogs react in meetingsTools for reading your dog in timeStrategies for creating calmer dog encountersA clear plan for continued training in everyday life
Place: Hunduddens TräningcenterCourse fee: 1450 SEK. The course fee includes: theory and practical exercises.
Date and time: 29/5 and 5/6 at 12.00-13.30.
Miscellaneous:
The dog must be vaccinated according to SKK's recommendations. We also recommend that the dog is vaccinated against kennel cough every year.
