About the event
Welcome to an afternoon with a focus on communication, leadership and conflict management in everyday work.
During the coffee break, we discuss how you as a supervisor can handle difficult conversations in a professional and safe way as well as prevent and resolve conflicts.
We work with reflection questions and two practical cases where we discuss different situations, share experiences and find common solutions.
The coffee will end with After Work from 17:00 where all Team Managers will follow.
It will be an opportunity for continued dialogue, exchange of experience and networking in a relaxed environment.
