Hold Qi Up - Intermediate Course
Start Monday 24 August, 17.10-18.1014 weeks with break week 41 + 44
NOTE! The 14th session will be joint with the other levels and will be conducted on Thursday 10 December at 18.00-19.05 via Zoom!
In this course we go deeper into level 1 of Hold Qi Up. We do the program at a slower pace and then I show some other, more efficient and more comfortable ways to do the movements to get deeper into the body/joints and to get closer to the "Puma movements" we are meant to do with the body.
We are designed to move more smoothly than we do now, Qigong helps you to become more flexible and healthier! If you exercise regularly, :) I also teach some movements from the next level, The Method for Body and Consciousness during the semester. Course leader: Dan Linnsén Location: Luntmakargatan 94 Subway: Rådmansgatan All sessions are recorded and you have access to the videos until 30 June.
