Yin yoga basic training, module 1, 40 hours.
This is a jam-packed, basic training to become a yin yoga teacher with Erik Janson Bergendahl (Magdalena and Mats' senior assistant). Read more about Erik here
Many people take this course as an in-depth study of yin yoga and meditation for their own sake. We start from Magdalena's latest book "Rest strong with yin yoga".
The course is included as the first module for those who want to build on their yin yoga teacher training to a 150 hour certificate. However, this is completely voluntary and not a requirement. This course is approved by the Yoga Alliance.
