The 14th and final session will be shared with the other levels and will be held on Thursday 7 May at 18.00-19.05 via Zoom - Qigong for balancing and healing of your emotions and internal organsWhat characterizes Level 3 is deep emotional healing. By opening and balancing the energy of the internal organs, you access healing and development that are difficult to reach in any other way. You will learn a beautiful, powerful and very deeply touching movement program that takes about 35 minutes in my lessonsIn level 2 - The Method of Body and Consciousness, you will access very deep structures. In level 3, the journey continues even deeper into the body: A very exciting and deeply healing training where we learn different hand exercises and finger positions in combination of movement and sound, which activate the energies of the internal organs. The exercise opens up and improves circulation in the body's various structures and systems. Movements, positions together with different sounds create a flow of energy, dissolve blockages and balance the emotions.
