About the event
Welcome all supervisors to a breakfast meeting on how we can ensure the client's self-determination in everyday life.
We talk about how we as supervisors can create space for the client's own wishes and decisions, and how we can be responsive when different people around the client have different opinions.
With the help of reflection questions and practical examples, we share experiences and discuss how we can strengthen the client's ability to influence their assistance.
We offer breakfast, coffee and tea.
