About the event
Basic training on personal assistance where we discuss our topic from different aspects.
During the course days we will go through:
Background and history.
Intentions.
The law (LSS) and how it is all supposed to work.
The different roles in an assistance are clarified, who does what?
What does our mission look like?
How do you protect personal integrity?
Confidentiality.
Number of sessions: 2 days x 8 hours
Location: BALANSoffice, Råsundavägen 18 in Solna
Target group: Personal assistants. NOTE! All reports must be made via the supervisor.
Prerequisites: For those who have been employed for at least three months as a personal assistant in BALANS.
Price: Free of charge (Cost of training salary will be added).
We offer breakfast rolls and lunch both days.
