Without a personal assistant, no assistance!
A course in the art of recruitment. For all supervisors in BALANS. We go through and map the entire recruitment process from the time a need arises to the hiring of a new assistant. We work actively based on the recruitment needs of our own assistance to:
Create requirement profiles
Discuss the design of the advertisement
Practice candidate selection
Interview techniques and question types
Share our tips and ideas on recruitment

Price: Free. The cost of training salary will be added.
About course registration: Supervisors who are going to participate in the course must go through their team manager to register.
We offer breakfast rolls, lunch and coffee.
