About the event
During the last 12-month period, you must have taken a test for the Golden Buoy and swum 1,000 m, of which 200 m in a supine position.
Minimum age 16 years.
Purpose of the trainingThe training aims to provide the level of competence and skills required for service as a Bath Guard/Lifeguard at pool bathing according to the Swedish Consumer Agency's guidelines and the Swedish Bathing Industry's recommendations.
Content of the trainingThe role of Swim Guard, accidents and emergency care, lifesaving in the water, safety procedures, service and customer service as well as threats and violence.
Objectives of the programme
Competence to monitor a bathing facility according to current safety procedures.
Know different security routines. Understand the responsibilities of the role of Bad Guard.
Handle defibrillators.
Knowledge of emergency care in various medical conditions.
Be aware of threatening and violent situations.
Understand the importance of service and customer service.
Perform the retrieval of the "person" from the bottom of the pool.
Skills in emergency care, ensuring alarms
Cost: Member: 3750 SEK/person ex. VAT. Non-member: 4750 SEK/person ex. VAT.
Additional CPR training is included in Kristianstad Badrike. Lunch, coffee and snacks are included.
