Indian cooking class with Malin

Welcome to an Indian cooking course! Sunday October 18 at 16-20 at Mosebacke matstudio. Together with Malin Mendel, we cook an Indian meal consisting of several different dishes, a so-called thali. Malin will go through Indian spices and share her best Indian cooking tricks. During the joint dinner, Malin answers questions about India and Indian food. Malin has written five Indian cookbooks and has a great passion for both India and food. On a daily basis, she is SVT's correspondent in India. She has also participated in The World's Worst Indian and The World's Best Curry with comedian David Batra, as well as Curry with Korre on SVT.
