Balance day: Basic training for personal assistants.

Basic training on personal assistance where we discuss our topic from different aspects. During the course days we will go through: Background and history. Intentions.The Law (LSS) and how it is all supposed to work. The different roles in an assistance are clarified, who does what? What does our mission look like? How do you protect personal integrity? Number of occasions: 2 days x 8 hours Location: Balans office, Råsundavägen 18 in SolnaTarget group: Personal assistants. NOTE! All registrations must be made through the personal coordinator. Prerequisites: For those who have been employed for at least three months as a personal assistant in Balans.Price: Free of charge (Cost of training salary is added). We offer breakfast rolls and lunch both days.
