The programme provides knowledge about:
Properties of WaterBasic and Deep Water Training - Basic MovementsMovement AnalysisMusic AnalysisWater SimulationPedagogical Tools and Its Effect on the BodyAfter the course, participants should be able to instruct in water training.
We prepare sessions for shallow and deep water training these days that you can take home and start working on.
Cost: member 3250 SEK/person ex. VATIf you are not a member, the cost is 4250 SEK/person ex. VAT.
Great emphasis is placed on how you teach and gain an understanding of how you can feel how it affects the muscles in the body through a small change in position and position.
The days include both theory and practical exercises.
The training is 2 days physically, place not determined.
