About the event
Case Management (CM) is a successful way of working, built around different models. CM is based on the individual's strengths, abilities and needs, whereupon the CM coach creates individually adapted support that aims to strengthen the person's empowerment and self-power in the long term.
The basic training focuses on different areas of life and how to create sustainable support for the person in "obstacle removal purposes" to enable the person to achieve their goals. The employee gains basic knowledge in Case Management. Increased knowledge of theories, working methods and tools linked to the practical work, based on the professional role and the assignment.
The training often touches on interconnected working methods such as ACT – Assertive Community Training, (RACT), which is closely linked to the CM role.
We have reflective discussions about what the role and approach means and what it can look like in practice. The undergraduate education provides practical knowledge and tools based on the following areas:
