The course provides in-depth knowledge based on Supported Employment and Individual Placement and Support regarding the work with the employer. The opportunity will be given to become more confident in contact with employers and to practically try out techniques in connection with contact with employers and follow-up.
We repeat and deepen the methodological work on how to contact and build relationships with workplaces and employers. The training provides knowledge about conversation techniques on how to develop the person and the workplace to enable development in the work with the workplace. We will also be based on current studies that have been done on success factors in employer work and matching.
