A way to more heart in everyday life
Lying Qigong is for those who long for more presence, more peace and deeper contact with what is really important.
We start with a couple of simple quiet qigong movements. Then you get a lying qigong exercise that helps the body to deep relaxation and recovery.
The training is suitable for both beginners and those who have previous experience.
Can't be there live?
Don't worry. All registered will receive the recording and can watch it afterwards when it suits them.
