A way to more heart in everyday life
Qigong and meditation are for those who long for more presence, more peace and deeper contact with what is really important.
During the session, you get to try some simple exercises that can give you more peace in your body, more stillness in your mind and more contact with your heart
The training is suitable for both beginners and those who have previous experience.

Can't be there live?
Don't worry. All registered will receive the recording and can watch it afterwards when it suits them.
