About the event
This training is an in-depth weekend where we let self-compassion become something you can actually feel in your body – not just understand with your head. We weave together the evidence-based mindfulness technique Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) with practice: yin yoga, restorative yoga and yoga nidra. It becomes a whole where the nervous system gets to land, the heart softens and you get concrete tools that work in everyday life.
This is not a course in "fixing yourself". It is a training in meeting yourself as you are, when life is chafing. Kindly. With courage. With realism. You get a clear model of self-compassion – and you get to practice it in real time: in meditation, reflection and quiet yoga practice.
Teachers: licensed psychologist/certified yoga teacher Isabel Juréhn and Lisa Rinnevuo, certified Yoga teacher spec. in Yoga Nidra/Yin/Restorative and artist.
