About the event
This training is aimed at those who want to strengthen their muscles after pregnancy and childbirth. We focus on stabilizing the pelvis, inner core, torso, breathing and pulse.
We do the training at Hermelinen city together with our babies and the session is about 50 minutes. There are plenty of spaces if you want to sit for a while after the session.
Therese is available for questions after each training and as a participant you will also get tips on exercises to do between your joint training sessions. A good and fun way to get started after pregnancy!
During the course period, our other range of activities is also included with group sessions, gym and hot water pool.
