Basic training – Supported Employment - 4 days - Digital
The training is carried out 2 + 2 days with approx. 2 weeks apart.
Course dates: October 1st and 2nd, and October 15th and 16th
Target group: The course is aimed at those who, within the framework of their business, assignment and role, provide individual support into work.
Briefly about the content
The education includes history, theory and practice. We start from the method's values, principles based on the five basic steps of Supported Employment, in accordance with the Swedish Association for Supported Employment (SFSE).
The training has a practical focus based on Supported Employment with a theoretical foundation.

Course literature included – Supported Employment Toolkit for all course participants and will be sent by mail about 1 week before the start of the course.
The course literature is also available digitally during the course.
The course participant gets to work with the following during the training:

Values and principles according to SE.
Create individual support and agreements with the client towards work and employment.
Design a professional profile with a focus on work – make the person's resources visible.
Create an individual action plan towards work/employment/employment
Smart goals and visual action plans.
Create coordinated support around the person's different areas of life - network maps.
Match to the right workplace through job maps. Build sustainable relationships with employers.
Create skills to find employers, provide support to employers and create an employer network.
Be able to provide systematic support in a workplace to strengthen the person's resources and skills towards work and employment.
Design and work with on-the-job induction according to SE and 7-steps.
Systematic instructions on how to facilitate adaptations and learning in a workplace for increased independence.
Practical application of follow-up support in the workplace and within networks.
Design of a supervisor support at the workplace.
The course participant also gains insight and understanding of updated and relevant research linked to SE.
The course participant should also be able to put SE in a context based on Evidence-Based Practice - EBP, in accordance with the National Board of Health and Welfare's guidelines and create an understanding of the importance of working knowledge-based in accordance with the intentions of the new Social Services Act.
We work with different tools and follow-up material based on the method work.
