About the event
In this course, we are aimed at those who have been pregnant and who have come a long way in their training after pregnancy. Either if you have taken our course "Get started after pregnancy" where we have gone through breathing, pelvic floor and the basics of torso tension or that you have started on your own.
Strengthen your body after childbirth with effective exercises that are performed according to your own ability and at your own pace. We train together in a group and focus on strength, core, posture and breathing.
We do the training at Hermelinen city together with our babies and the session is about 50 minutes. There are plenty of spaces if you want to sit for a while after the session.
During the course period, our other range of activities is also included with group sessions, gym and hot water pool.
